Chelwish is not responsible for delays due to customs, natural events, or courier issues beyond our control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of:

• Items damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

• Wrong item received.

To request a return, contact us at info@chelwish.com within 2 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
